Seagoe Hotel Wedding
Probably about 10 minutes away from the M1 motorway so very handy for Seagoe Hotel weddings. I am only a stone’s throw away from the Seagoe Hotel and there’s no question that Seagoe is one of the best hotels locally as I live nearby. One of the best venues locally no question about it. Rio (short for Rioghnach) the bride changed into the wedding dress we started at the back of the hotel as they have a great staircase with some fantastic lighting, carpets etc which weren’t being used as the guests were at the front of the hotel. We made our way up to the top of the balcony overlooking the car park, trying to avoid getting the car park in the shots. The receptionist told us earlier the outside garden area had been fixed up a bit so we ventured out there next.
It was a very bright sunny day at the wedding venue with a slight breeze, maybe even too bright. We shot at a few areas within the garden and tried a few variations. There were two dresses similar in size that we shot with and Dresselicious kindly supplied the dresses. All together we got some super shots and I was more than happy with the results, thank you. Great spot for weddings, corporate events, parties or maybe just a quiet meal and relaxing drink. Food is well prepared and by no means expensive. The staff are friendly and efficient. Unable to comment on accommodation but I would assume it's good. Two friends had a meal at the 1st floor bar on 17/02/23 and have to say it is busy however great atmosphere with reasonable prices. Highly recommend 👍

Really beautiful hotel, when you are inside you could be in Dublin, London or anywhere in the world. Great food and a friendly atmosphere. The coffee dock is so relaxing and always made me feel welcome and treated so well by the staff, especially Geraldine. We also held our wedding here years ago and everything was top-notch, would highly recommend it.
