Printing Wedding Stationery Northern Ireland
Proofs for wedding stationery printing in Northern Ireland can be easily sent to you, and then once approval is given, you can go to print. I don’t offer any coloured or textured cards other than white, so you can contact another wedding stationery printer company for this. Hopefully, on this page, you can find some inspiration for your own. Some opt for nice, simple and elegant, and some others want a floral theme for all their wedding stationery or something like another theme. I can create beautiful stationery from your text and whatever style you want.

Perfect wedding stationery printing in Belfast can include wedding invites, save-the-dates, table names, plans, and wedding welcome boards. As stated in the invitations section below, they are printed onto light cards, usually 250 gm, as save the dates and table names. Table plans and welcome signs are usually printed onto A1 or A2 3mm foamex signs.
If you are looking for some luxury stationery in Derry/Londonderry, I can send proofs and, when approved, courier wedding stationery up to you with full tracking details. It’s always good to work out a budget first, though.
FAQs
I’ve compiled some wedding stationery FAQs to help you plan things out.
Here's why you should choose me
I understand that planning can be costly, which is why I’m reasonably priced. That's why I offer high-quality, customised stationery at prices that won't break the bank. Your dream doesn't have to come with a nightmare price tag.
What is wedding stationery?
I can print wedding invites, save the dates and booklets and other things like signage, table numbers, table plan boards, welcome boards, place names, thank you cards and the like.
When should I buy wedding stationery?
Usually, about 6-8 months away from your wedding day. It takes time to organise and post out, never mind the time at the guest’s end for them to reply.
Why is wedding stationery expensive?
It isn't as expensive as I use a standard white card.
Do we need an order of service booklet?
Yes, you need them, but don’t spend a fortune on them. The plain white cards I use are perfectly fine.
Names on invites or just envelopes?
Ideally, the same on the wedding invite would be great, but if you can’t do that, just the envelopes will be ok.
Info I need to quote for Stationery Printing
For me to quote for you, I need to know what exactly you want me to quote for. This means going through all stationery and working out sizes, quantities, paper or cards, and contacting me with these specifications. Some ideas are below and also below each section. During the consultation, I will consider many aspects, such as theme, colour scheme, and paper choices.
Size - What size are they?
Pages (wedding booklets only) - How many pages in total?
Quantity - How many do you need?
Paper or card - What type do you need to be printed onto?
Delivery - Where do you need to be delivered to?
Design - Do you need design, or do you have artwork ready?
Wedding Booklet Printing
Wedding booklet printing in Northern Ireland. Below is a very small selection of wedding ceremony booklet printing with any design and text you want, saddle stitched and finished to a high-quality standard. These can be for your mass or a church wedding. These are sometimes called the order of service booklets.
Wedding booklets are A5 in size, which were folded from A4 with heavy cards for the cover and lighter plain paper for the insides. The cover is printed in full colour, and the insides are in black ink. The colours are nice and vibrant. They are stitched and finished to a high standard. Even though you may think these wedding booklets are a disposal, you may find guests and people keeping these even after your wedding day! Wedding program booklet printing can be any quantity and pages you need. Choosing the perfect wedding stationery that aligns with your theme, colour scheme, venue, and season is essential. I get so many compliments about my wedding booklets, as simplicity is the key here: keep things simple. For any enquiries, contact me, as it’s never too much trouble to answer emails.

Wedding Invitation Printing
Wedding invitation printing in Northern Ireland is of great quality and has a small selection of custom wedding invitations with any designs and text you want. Wedding envelopes can also be supplied, which is a great touch. We only use good quality cards for printing and can design your wedding invite to keep things personalised. Invitation printing can be expensive using textured cards, so I keep things nice and simple with plain cards. As these are usually a small quantity, they are digitally printed, which is great for short runs. As these are plain cards, I don’t offer embossed or foil. If you need some invitation card printing, please feel free to contact me.
I constantly send out wedding invites in Northern Ireland and a small selection of the best digital wedding invitations in Craigavon and Lurgan. Wedding card printing examples are A6, one-sided and printed digitally onto heavy 400 gsm silk. Make it personal for your family and friends with a printed invitation. You can always send e-wedding invites, but nothing compares to a printed one. The best wedding card for printing is a good, heavy 350 gsm. I get asked to print lots of towns and areas in NI. I believe I’m the best printer for invitations in the province.
Wording
These five details need to be included in your invitation, and you should follow this whole process.
Which part of the wedding day does the invite cover - is it for the ceremony and reception, just the reception or just the evening reception
Venue name and address of the ceremony and reception
Date and time of your wedding
RSVP info - include details of the address of the reply that should be posted, or an alternative
RSVP deadline - usually 4-5 weeks before your wedding
Top Tips
Whose name goes first on the wedding invitation?
The bride’s name usually goes first on invites, as it is usually (but not always) the bride’s parents who are hosting in the first place.
Do people still send out wedding invitations?
They most certainly do! Even brides who use digital websites typically order some printed items for their wedding. Consider all the super small items like save-the-date cards, booklets, place cards and thank-you cards.

Foamex wedding boards
These are good, sturdy 3mm foamex boards and are great for a table plan.
Save the date cards
Printed onto 300 gsm white card.

My advice is to keep things stress-free and don’t try to create these things yourself, as it will just look awful in front of your guests. I’ve seen it all before, so trust me.
