Edenvilla Park Family Photos in Portadown with Debbie’s grown-up sons and daughter in August, and as we all live in town, we suggested the park.

Debbie contacted me about some family portrait pictures, and we both decided that Edenvilla Park was fairly close to all of us, so it wasn't too far to travel, always a bonus!

Edenvilla Park is a great place for families looking for a nice walk with a few wooden sculptures of characters from Alice in Wonderland located around the park. It’s just off Bachelor's Walk off the Bride Street. Very popular with locals in both the Edenderry and Seagoe areas in Portadown. Great for walks, cycling, picnics, kids, as there’s a play park, and walks with the dog, as well as a secret garden. Hard to believe, but for many years, the park was unused until the Council fixed it up. I live in Killicomaine estate, so cycled here frequently.

Location Family Portraits in Portadown

We took a walk around some parts of the park, taking photos if we saw something interesting. In the summer months, this is fairly easy to do. The theme was location family portraits, so I wanted to get a few portraits of the family. We stopped off at the wooden bridge for some portrait-style photos. For fun family photography, there was no shortage of areas within walking distance. I tried to think of variations in walking, standing, posing and sitting down to break the photos up a bit. As there were two young lads and a girl, we took a few variations with the siblings and mother. As it was August, the flowers were in bloom, with a few on display which always looked picturesque in my images.

As well as cropping and straightening the images, my photos are slightly edited using a special preset in my photo editing software. Hope you enjoy your family photos, Debbie. All the best, and thanks for booking me. Great fun was had by all.
