Lake Engagement Photos in Dungannon Park
Lake Engagement Photos in Dungannon Park with Alison and Mike, as the older couple booked a photo session in County Tyrone in the summer.
Dungannon Park Engagement Photography
Alison booked me for engagement photos in Dungannon Park, and we met at the bandstand just close to the car park. Always better to ask first what type of engagement photos the couple wanted, and they were ok with holding hands, maybe some kissing and that type of thing.
Dunannon Park is located just off the motorway before you head into Dungannon town, so quite easy to get to if travelling from the M1. There is a map at the car park to help you explore the park. Very popular for dog walkers, walkers and the like. Plenty of jetties for people to fish in, permits are available from the council. As you’d expect very popular spot for the Dungannon area. It has a beautiful lake with a waterfall around the back if you walk further in.
We took a walk around the park, taking photos if we saw something interesting. For engagement photography, there was no shortage of areas within walking distance. I tried to think of some variations in walking, standing, posing and sitting down to break the engagement images up a bit. As it was June, the flowers were in full bloom, which always adds a nice touch. There were plenty of small bridges, trees and shaded areas just in case it was too bright for photos. We finished off at a jetty, as you're away from the land beside the water, so a nice way to finish off the engagement photoshoot.
Hope you enjoy your engagement photos, and if you’re looking for a Dungannon Wedding Photographer, get in touch with me. All the best with your plans.
