Lough Erne Wedding & Packages in the Resort
Kim and Charlie’s Lough Erne Resort wedding, where the couple booked me for a full-day package starting at the house. The couple booked me as their wedding videographer.
The first stop was Letterkenny, where I filmed footage around the outside of the house with the Mavic Mini drone, as well as some quick shots around the house before some footage of the make-up. Later on in the morning, a lovely breakfast was put on, so the parents asked me if I wanted something. The camera was on hold for a second I, and I grabbed some grub, too, lol. I could only stay for a bit before I made my way to the hotel as it takes me about 45 minutes to set up and about 1 hour 15 minutes to drive to the location.
Charlie and the lads were already at the venue so I grabbed some groom prep. Soon afterwards, the guests arrived at the ceremony. I attached my small portable audio recorders on the humanist celebrant John Foley and Groom. You couldn't ask for better weather, but the proceedings were slightly behind schedule due to people wanting to cross the ferry to get to the hotel Kim, her parents and the bridal party arrived. The music commenced, and soon after, Kim arrived with her dad.
Lough Erne Resort Wedding
The ceremony was great fun, telling the story of how they met. After the ceremony, we made our way around to the Lough Erne for the photo shoot, as well as getting some behind-the-scenes footage and shots. Everyone was called in for speeches, and Kim and Charlie made their grand entrance to a standing ovation from guests making for a great start to the evening at the resort. The speeches started with Kim’s dad, Charlie and the best man and ranged from fun to emotional.
A bit later in the evening, Kim and Charlie’s first dance started with the live band Atmosphere wedding band playing some class music, with the bridal party and families joining in afterwards which was great to see. I must say I love Weddings and this is one of the best, I hope you have a great future together Kim and Charlie. As I said earlier, there are a few reasons I think weddings are special and unique, and I can’t quite pinpoint one thing. It could be the beautiful location; it could be it’s away from the hustle and bustle of a town or city. It could be you have your little paradise to explore. Thanks for booking me and all the best with your future.

Lough Erne Weddings
I must say I love Lough Erne weddings deeply as they’re just beautiful scenarios. The venue and location are just great for photography. Long Erne has amazing suites available for your reception. The food reviews are all very good at the County Fermanagh resort. You can check out my Lough Erne resort wedding packages below.
Wedding Packages
I offer various Lough Erne Resort wedding packages to suit you, from a few hours of coverage up to a full day from bridal prep to your first dance, which is the best value package. I would always advise booking a full day because if you book a couple of hours, there’s far too much missed from your day. You would have to rely on smartphone photos, and that would be just awful. I don’t want to go into too much detail here, but if you are interested, have a look at my Lough Erne wedding packages page.
My Erne Resort wedding packages are great as I offer affordable packages for the hotel, so if you are thinking about getting married in the resort, get in touch with me. The packages range from a couple of hours up to the most popular all day, which is bridal prep up to the first dance. The bridal prep doesn’t need to be in Lough Erne itself but can be elsewhere.
My packages start from £990 upwards, and check out my pricing page for more up-to-date costs. I offer various wedding packages to choose from, but let me know if you need any more options if not shown. I offer flexible payment plans for couples booking me, and they have plans in place so that you can pay each month. It’s completely up to you, and receipts are provided. All packages come with a wooden USB and a small presentation box.
Compare Packages
If you compare packages by far the best option is the full day’s package (1) as I’m there all day from start to finish, with (2) you’ll get a wedding album too, with (3) and (4) your missing parts of the day but if you don’t mind that that’ll be ok. For more info and up to date, please see the main pricing page.
Full day - bridal prep up to second dance £1490
Full day and wedding album - bridal prep up to second dance £1890
Bridal prep up to speeches OR ceremony up to second dance £1390

FAQs
Lough Erne can be booked for your ceremony and has all the usual traditional ceremony trimmings as you can change in one of the bridal rooms, the bride and father walking down the aisle, readings, signing the registrar and the bride and groom walking down the aisle. The venue is also licensed to hold both civil partnerships and ceremonies within the resort itself or outside.
How long does a ceremony take?
A Lough Erne ceremony can be short and sweet and takes about 20 minutes or so.
Where can we go for photos?
Luckily for you, Lough Erne has plenty of photo locations around it with plenty of photo options in and around the outside of the grounds, so if you want to stay close, we can get it all done at Lough Erne Resort itself. If it’s a great day outside, it is best, and if it is cold or raining inside, it is great, too.
How much coverage do we need?
The question should be how much photography coverage you would like, as there are a few options. Would you like a full day covered from bridal prep until your evening reception, or do you just want the ceremony documented with some photos afterwards? Let’s talk about it and figure out what feels like a good fit.
