Leighinmohr Hotel Wedding & Packages in Ballymena
Leighinmohr House Hotel wedding photos with Sarah and Jason as the couple booked one of my full-day packages from bridal prep to the first dance. I was so glad I was booked by the couple. PLAY SLIDESHOW
Wedding bridal prep was the first order of the day in their aunty’s house in Carnlough. Jason was further away, so they didn’t need any groom prep shots, so he spent a bit longer with the girls. I arrived a bit too early, as usual, it’s better to arrive a bit early, so I headed down to the lough to take a few and grab a quick cup of coffee. When I got back, the girls had started into the hair by Emma McDermott Hair and make-up by MUA Gillian Browne Mua, and later on, the two brothers and sister arrived. It was a fun morning getting ready, and I must say Perfect Day Bridal dresses looked fantastic, more on that later, next, onto the Leighinmohr wedding.
Leighinmohr House Wedding
I left early so I could head to Leighinmohr House and get a few of Jason with the best man and groomsman looking great in Dapper Dudes Groom to wear clothes, Jason’s brother was at Leighmore House, one of the best in Ballymena. The bride and bridal party arrived in the car supplied by A Touch of Class Wedding Cars. I managed to grab a quick photo of The Jewellery workshop rings.
The ceremony commenced, music by Ashleigh Kilgore started, and everything went smoothly and light-hearted as well, which was great. After the signings, we shot a few at the front table. It took a while to organise, and the weather was a bit on the cold side, so we had to shoot quickly at the front of the hotel, which would be good. These were shot fairly quickly due to the cold weather, and of course, everyone wanted to get back to their drinks, tea, coffee or something else!
The family outside wasn't possible, but Leighmore House Hotel had a very nice fireplace near the front of the entrance. We started with immediate family and then took a few with each side of the family. Sarah mentioned Bride and Groom shots outside at the river, so we headed down to the location and took some there before it started raining a bit.
After some casual of the guests at their tables, we headed back into the Leighmore house wedding in the main room for speeches. The room was packed full of guests, and the speeches were not too long, just the right length of time in fact, it was good fun with everyone having a great time. We broke and then took some at the stairwell and around the corner, too, I used some off-camera flash (OCF for short) for nighttime portraits.
Next, some more casual guests had a drink at their tables as we were eager and waiting for the bride and groom’s first dance. The first dance commenced with some of the bridal party also joining in, as well as Jason's mum, brother, best man and a few other guests. All together, it was a cracker day for everyone. I must say Leighinmohr was one of the better ones. Have a happy future together, Sarah and Jason, and thanks for asking me for your wedding and thanks for booking me.
Review
“I would defo recommend Philip Topping as he was so good at taking weddings that I didn’t even realise he was taking them, that’s what Jason and Sarah wanted from early in the morning til’ late at night, and he never complained once 😄, thanks Philip”

Wedding Packages
My Leighinmohr Wedding Packages are half-day and full-day, which is the best package, and both include a USB with a keepsake presentation box. As Leighinmohr is such a beautiful hotel, I’d recommend a full day.
Full day from bridal preparations up to the second dance
Bridal preparations up to speeches or ceremony up to the second dance
Less than my minimum Leighinmohr wedding package is not worth it as you are missing out on so much at the beginning or the end of the day. If you want less, though, contact me with more info. This will be about £100 less than my minimum package.

We got married in Leighnimohr in June. Couldn't recommend it enough. Staff are second to none, and everything was perfectly done. We were kept in the loop all day, and our guests loved it. Food is also exceptional
I got married in Leighinmohr in April after two postponements and honestly couldn't fault them
The hotel and grounds are stunning. The food is amazing
I 100% recommend Leighinmohr House. We got married in June it was simply perfect. It’s fab, the staff is amazing, and the food is fab!!!
We’re getting married in Leighinmohr in November this year, and they have been amazing. It is a wedding only booked this year, and everything is sorted with their help and advice
I’m getting married at Leighmohr in August, and they have been fab! It’s such a small hotel, which only means your guests would be staying over. You had the run of the hotel for the whole day, which is at the other end of the hotel, so none of your guests will be mixing. It also means only your chosen guests, i.e. bridal party and parents, can stay over, and you don’t have to worry about everyone else. They recommend the Adair Arms for an overflow of guests, which mine have done. Deffo recommend this hotel! Go and view it, and you won’t be disappointed
There is a reason Leighinmohr is nearly fully booked! What you see is exactly what you get, the staff are amazing; they are like an extended family, and that is REAL. They are like this: back of house and front of house. Patricia, Nikki and Jo are the A team, and they genuinely care and love their job!
We love it!
Got married in Leighinmohr for four weeks tomorrow, and it was amazing, the staff can't do enough for you, and it was great to have just family and friends there. You can't go wrong with Leighinmohr I promise
