Glenavon Hotel Wedding Video
Glenavon Hotel Wedding Video with Kathleen and Damian. The Irish couple received hours of films and a highlights wedding video in Cookstown.
It was misty in the morning with a slight hint of rain as I made my way to the Glenavon Hotel. This added some atmosphere to their wedding video footage. When I arrived, I filmed a couple of video clips with the drone before heading up to the bridal room. The room was quite small, so I’m not sure this was the bridal suite. I think this was a room for getting ready.
Afterwards, I made my way towards the ceremony, again packing my wedding video gear into the car, which was about 20 minutes away from the hotel, so it was fairly close. I filmed the bridal party arriving. Our first stop, after filming the ceremony, was bridal portraits. It was raining a bit heavier at this stage of the day, so umbrellas came out, and shelter under the trees was used towards the end. There were a few different combinations here, but unfortunately, the rain got the better of us.
Back at the venue in Cookstown for the couple's reception, where I filmed some footage of the bridal party at the Christmas tree, upstairs on the balcony and a bit of casual chat in The Adair Suite before the speeches started. By this time, I had set up my two video cameras as well as microphones for audio recording. I try to film just a bit of casual chat in the lounge. I don’t think you need to film too much, as I may not use it in their highlights wedding video.
