Castle Leslie Wedding Video

Castle Leslie Wedding Video with Celia and Charles in Glaslough Estate, as they booked a highlights film and wedding video in Monaghan.

I was a bit worried about the weather as the couple had booked me as their Wedding Videographer in Ireland. At the end of this Irish castle wedding, the weather held off, and it was a truly great day for all. Bridal preparations were about a 5-minute drive from the Castle Leslie Estate ceremony in the Old Stable Mews.

Before the ceremony, I filmed the first look beside the fountain with some footage along the pier and water. The Ceremony went very smoothly with some fun speeches, which I filmed and also recorded audio of as I had an audio recorder attached to the microphone, and the humanist celebrant was superb. After the family and bridal video footage, we made our way in for dinner, where the master of ceremonies (the couple's friend) was welcoming guests into the marquee.

The estate has some great architecture, including pavilions and, of course, the marquee. Charles’s friend was trying to get guests to learn some Chinese, and there was a bit of fun too. The speeches commenced with the groom’s dad, the best man, the groom, the bride and her sister. There was more light banter after the speeches. Afterwards, there was a quick tossing of the bouquet, which I got the beginning and tail end of as there were just too many guests outside, making it quite difficult to move. The guests could stroll around the estate, explore the castle a little bit, as there were a few lounge areas or make their way back into the marquee. Whatever the guests did, Castle Leslie certainly was high-end and very much grandeur.

The speeches were after dinner, and there was a great variety from both sides of the family and the best man, too. I nearly missed the tossing of the bouquet, but thankfully filmed a little bit of it. The first dance was in the marquee, so I made sure to set up my two cameras filming in 4 K to get plenty of video.

The Bratz Band was the wedding band and they had both a female and male singer and consisted of several musicians, about 5-6 in fact, which included a DJ for later on in the evening too. The Bratz Band called in Celia and Charles for the couple’s first dance, which was surprisingly well rehearsed. Most of the first dances I’ve filmed are moving back and forth, but you can tell the couple put a lot of effort into theirs, as it was very well danced. Afterwards, the band called everyone onto the dance floor, so plenty of guests were on the dance floor.

You can capture some beautiful wedding videos here. All the best with your future together, Celia and Charles. Have a look at your wedding video.
