Antrim Printers is Now Closed, what to do now
Antrim Printers is now closed, but I worked here as a graphic designer, handling a range of print projects. Contact me for any enquiries or quotes.
Most of the customers and clients were from the Antrim area, but some were from further afield, including Belfast. Print jobs were either printed in-house, single-colour on the litho presses, or full-colour digitally. Large-format posters were printed in-house on the inkjet printer. Anything that couldn’t be printed in-house was outsourced to litho printers. The company offered a wide range of printing services, including brochures and books, stationery, leaflets, and flyers.
I had a good time working at Antrim Printers in Northern Ireland, as it's quite a nice drive from where I live. The business was located in Steeple Road Industrial Estate, Antrim, County Antrim, BT41 1AB. I was able to work there four days a week, so I had Friday off, which was great. When I left the company, Rodney McCullough (one of the owners) asked me to return for a few weeks of work to help him out as needed. About this time, the other owner, Leslie McCullough, sadly passed away. He worked in finishing and oversaw payments, whereas Rodney worked with the printing staff and pre-press team.
